Description

Lead end-to-end HR data migration activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM, coordinating technical and functional teams and working with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR data migration, including extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading
• Own the migration workstream and coordinate activities across teams
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across all migration stages
• Support data replication and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration
• Identify migration risks and dependencies and support resolution
• Contribute to the overall migration approach, planning, and delivery

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM
• Proven experience leading HR data migration projects or migration workstreams
• Hands-on end-to-end HR data migration (extraction, transformation, mapping, loading)
• Good understanding of data replication and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating technical and functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the workstream
• Strong communication skills in an international project environment
