Description

Responsible for managing data in an SAP business carve-out, coordinating proper preparation, validation, and transfer of data. You lead alignment with business and IT teams, define the migration scope and Day 1 priorities, and oversee data quality activities (cleansing and validation). You also work with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to support data protection requirements and business readiness for launch.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data governance and data migration activities
• Define data scope for migration and Day 1 priorities
• Lead workshops with business and IT teams
• Supervise data quality, data cleansing, and validation
• Plan extraction, transfer, and verification of data
• Coordinate agreements, business acceptance, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance on data protection

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Migration, Data Governance, or Data Management
• Very good knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working with master and transactional data
• Knowledge of data quality, cleansing, and validation processes
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to plan and coordinate activities in complex projects
