Description

You will help build an internal developer platform at enterprise scale by designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and platform components. You will collaborate with senior management and large developer teams to define platform strategy, influence architecture decisions, and set platform standards. The work emphasizes a high-quality developer experience with strong focus on security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and platform components for robustness and scalability

• Collaborate with senior management and large developer teams to define platform strategy and drive delivery

• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish platform standards for enterprise needs

• Gather requirements and communicate technical progress with stakeholders at all levels

• Work across multiple languages and technical domains using development and DevOps best practices

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

• Maintain focus on security, performance, and maintainability

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience in enterprise or platform environments

• Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js (at least one is required)

• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior management and large developer communities

• Self-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting

• Familiarity with developer platforms or internal tooling (advantage)

• Experience with internationally distributed teams

• Fluent English

• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
