Description

You will help establish an internal developer capability by taking over selected applications and developing new functionality across backend and frontend. The role includes designing target architecture, APIs, and integrations (including SAP), and setting deployment and team development standards. You’ll gradually build and provide technical leadership for a small internal development team.

Responsibilities

• Gradually take over selected applications and continue their development
• Develop new features (backend and frontend)
• Design and configure target architecture, APIs, and integrations with company systems (including SAP)
• Set up deployment, Git workflow, code review, and development standards for the future team
• Collaborate with business teams and external developers
• Gradually build and technically lead a small internal development team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development
• Very strong knowledge of Java / Spring Boot
• Experience with Angular / TypeScript or a comparable frontend
• Knowledge of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Git and code review experience; orientation in Docker and modern deployment
• Ability to take over existing solutions, quickly get up to speed, and drive them forward
• Communicative English
