Description

You’ll support the development and modification of IT systems for corporate banking—including business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation of functional changes. The role focuses on integrations, data migrations/conversions, and functional/integration tests, including authorization/access model testing. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and an interdisciplinary IT team of developers, analysts, and testers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes in corporate banking

• Collect and analyze business requirements

• Prepare functional specifications and IT change documentation

• Verify that changes align with system architecture

• Work with business, developers, analysts, and testers

• Run functional, integration, migration, and data conversion (reconciliation) tests

• Test the authorization/access model

• Develop tools supporting functional testing

Requirements

• Higher technical education (informatics, mathematics, or related)

• Knowledge of requirement elicitation methods and creating functional specifications

• Experience modeling business processes and data

• Experience in IT projects, especially building custom applications

• Experience in integration and migration projects

• Experience with functional/integration testing, data conversion/reconciliation, and access model testing

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban)

• Willingness to collaborate with the business and develop SDLC competencies
