Description

Help drive business transformation by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for automation and AI-powered solutions. You will create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development, then collaborate with clients and developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs. AI tools and prompt engineering will be used to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
• Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development
• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
• Support all SDLC phases by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to validate business needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to automate tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis
• Solid grasp of business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment
• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
• UiPath expertise: foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate) or hands-on experience (major advantage)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn emerging technologies
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 minimum) for strong written and verbal client communication

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, and NLP
