Description

Contribute to and drive business transformation through automation solutions and AI-powered tools in fast-paced project environments. You will elicit and document business requirements, translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, and ensure outcomes meet client needs through UAT and collaboration with developers. You will also leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development
• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
• Support the SDLC by translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the solution meets business needs
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical business analysis experience with knowledge of core BA frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment
• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
• UiPath expertise: foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate training) or hands-on experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn emerging technologies
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2 minimum) for strong written and verbal communication with clients

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or NLP
