Description

Senior Business Analyst role supporting a mortgage banking project. You will lead business analysis, define requirements, and prepare business and testing documentation. You will also align requirements with stakeholders and visualize planned work using mockups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis

• Prepare business documentation

• Visualize planned work as mockups

• Align requirements with stakeholders and reach compromises between expectations and delivery options

• Participate in testing of delivered functionality

• Prepare business and test cases required to verify the built functionality

• Prepare test scenarios

Requirements

• Practical ability to define business requirements as a Product Backlog using Agile methodologies

• Ability to independently seek and propose solutions for business challenges

• Experience on at least 3 projects as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in business-process implementation

• Knowledge of mortgage (mortgage lending) processes

• Ability to work in a complex project

• Ability to visualize project work using planned mockups

• Experience with Scrum

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

• Ability to model and optimize business processes

• Experience creating use cases

• Experience producing quantitative analyses

• Experience in the financial services industry
