Description

Join the Channels-Business technology team to help design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital banking products across the Nordic region. You will analyze and document business needs, translate them into IT requirements, and work closely with stakeholders in agile teams. You will also coordinate with external vendors and support manual testing to keep releases moving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs, then translate them into clear IT requirements for scalable solutions

• Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders from Business, IT, and Design within an agile setup

• Coordinate with external vendors to align requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries

• Support manual testing of business or maintenance features according to priorities

• Resolve blockers proactively and manage dependencies across teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry

• Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs

• Experience partnering with Product Owners to plan product and release roadmaps

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to work effectively with both IT and business stakeholders

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
