Description

You will co-create and deliver projects for new digital banking applications and services across web and mobile channels. The role combines business analysis with technical leadership—translating business needs into functional, business, and process requirements while coordinating IT delivery with multiple stakeholders. You will also support business testing and ensure solutions align with business assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and implement projects for electronic banking solutions in web and mobile channels

• Develop and evolve business concepts for new digital features and services

• Conduct alignments with business unit representatives and collaborate on solution definition

• Analyze business needs and turn them into functional, business, and process requirements

• Create process maps, business models, and materials supporting solution design (including UI interface mockups)

• Collaborate with IT teams, architects, developers, and testers to deliver complex requirements

• Act as subject-matter expert and technical lead in electronic banking and digital products

• Support design, implementation, and optimization of new solutions for bank customers

• Prepare and execute business tests and verify conformity of delivered solutions with business assumptions

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes that increase efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• Several years of banking experience with focus on digital banking and digital products

• Hands-on experience in implementing and developing internet and mobile banking applications and services

• Experience delivering IT projects for the banking sector; strong knowledge of banking products and processes

• Ability to connect business and technology and translate business needs into IT requirements

• Experience coordinating project activities and working with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to analyze and model complex business processes

• Ability to produce analytical documentation, process maps, and business requirement specifications

• Experience in a technical leadership role supporting project teams

• Communicative, proactive, and collaboration-oriented mindset

• University degree
