Description

You will join a Scrum-based, advanced-stage banking project focused on customer–bank relationship processes, including customer identification and verification, KYC, AML, PEP, and regulatory risk assessment. You will act as a Systems Analyst who can translate business requirements into detailed integration and API specifications ready for implementation. Day-to-day work includes close collaboration with developers and architects, alongside stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed systems analyses for development teams

• Design and document integrations between systems

• Define and specify APIs (REST, AsyncAPI)

• Model business processes, data flows, and communication between system components

• Refine business logic, user scenarios, and edge cases

• Co-create solutions for GUI and user experience

• Collaborate with business, architects, and technology teams to refine solutions

• Provide analytical support during deployments and production maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in independent systems analysis and specification for developers (not only workshops/requirements gathering)

• Practical experience designing and documenting REST APIs and AsyncAPI

• Experience defining API contracts, messages, and system-to-system integrations

• Knowledge and experience with Event Driven Architecture

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Modeling experience using UML, BPMN, and/or Enterprise Architect

• Ability to create sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and technical documentation

• Experience delivering detailed systems analysis for developer teams

• SQL skills enabling data analysis and query writing

Preferred (Nice to have)

• Banking/financial sector experience

• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and customer onboarding

• Experience with Camunda

• Experience with microservices-based projects

• Experience supporting production systems (2nd line support)
