Description

You will support the development and day-to-day functioning of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) area. The role combines business analysis, operational support for the DAM platform, and participation in planning the platform’s further development.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing operations of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform

• Support updates to platform configuration and workflow changes

• Analyze DAM-related issues and coordinate their resolution

• Collaborate with the DAM platform vendor to resolve problems and implement improvements

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements; create user stories

• Support optimization of business processes related to digital asset management and content circulation

• Contribute to evaluating the current DAM platform and documenting future business and functional requirements

• Support rollout of new use cases, including Social Commerce and other evolving digital content areas

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Practical experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms

• (Preferred) Experience with Tenovos; acceptable experience with similar DAM platforms such as Adobe AEM Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Sitecore Content Hub, Brandfolder

• Strong knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, search, content governance, and digital asset lifecycle management

• Experience collaborating directly with software providers

• Experience with DAM platform administration or configuration (strong advantage)

• Very good ability to collect and analyze business requirements

• Ability to work with various stakeholder groups

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Good command of English
