Description

Join a team building and evolving a modern Data Platform for a large Nordic financial institution. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing complex processes and data flows, and supporting end-to-end delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and define solution scope

• Support the design of Data Platform and analytics solutions

• Work with Data Engineers, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners

• Analyze data flows, business processes, and system dependencies

• Ensure data quality, data governance, and data hygiene

• Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate cross-functional deliveries

• Support incident management and issue resolution activities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Data Analyst

• Experience working with complex business and technical requirements

• Strong understanding of data analysis, data quality, and data governance concepts

• Experience with data workflows, ETL processes, and data pipelines

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and user stories

• Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of CI/CD concepts

• Experience with incident management processes and tools
