Description

You will support a long-term initiative to create a secure, intuitive, and scalable digital banking platform for corporate clients. The work includes requirements discovery and documentation, process modeling (As-Is/To-Be), translating strategic product goals into user journeys, epics, and detailed user stories, and supporting delivery through Agile practices and UAT. The program emphasizes security, regulatory compliance, software quality, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and customer segment owners to identify and gather functional and non-functional requirements

• Analyze customer behavior data, feedback, and market/product usage trends to improve requirements and validate product hypotheses

• Model business processes for corporate banking (As-Is and To-Be) and identify areas for automation and optimization

• Translate strategic and high-level product goals into complete digital user journeys, epics, and detailed user stories

• Participate in backlog refinement and support Product Owners with prioritization

• Define integration requirements between electronic channels, transactional systems, central systems, and external solutions

• Design UAT approach, test plans, and end-to-end test scenarios; prepare test cases and expected outcomes

• Coordinate UAT execution and manage defects identified during testing with development teams

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting sprint and release delivery

• Communicate progress, functional decisions, risks, and dependencies clearly

• Work with technology partners, vendors, legal, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role

• Experience in commercial/corporate/investment/retail banking, fintech, or payments

• Knowledge of digital banking platforms for corporate clients: web and mobile front-ends, back-end systems, central systems, and API/Open Banking integrations

• Experience with Agile/Scrum including backlog creation, refinement, sprint planning, and UAT coordination

• Ability to analyze and document complex business and functional requirements using Jira and Confluence

• Experience modeling processes with BPMN and designing customer journeys; collaboration with architects and UX/UI designers

• Experience defining UAT, creating end-to-end test scenarios, managing the defect lifecycle, and obtaining business sign-off for releases

• Knowledge of corporate banking regulations, risk management, security, and AML/KYC

• Ability to apply data analytics and customer feedback to product recommendations

• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and legal stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, economics, management, or a related field

• English level B2 or higher
