Description

You will collect, analyze, and document business requirements related to marketing consents and customer data, then define and optimize the associated business processes. You will collaborate with IT teams, manage the roadmap for initiatives, maintain project documentation across the lifecycle, and support CRM and customer-data change implementation. You will also contribute to internal procedures and identify areas for automation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for marketing consents and customer data

• Define and optimize business processes for marketing consent management

• Work with IT teams (developers, testers, system architects)

• Manage initiative roadmaps and track achievement of goals

• Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Participate in drafting and reviewing internal procedures, regulations, and documents

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes

• Support implementation of changes in CRM systems and related customer-data processes

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems

• Experience with marketing consent and customer data management projects

• Knowledge of legal topics for personal data processing and marketing consents

• Ability to gather, analyze, and specify business requirements at different organizational levels

• Experience defining and modeling business processes

• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience collaborating with IT project teams

• Ability to create business and project documentation

• University degree
