Description

You will support the development and implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions across Europe. In close collaboration with stakeholders, you will translate business needs—especially related to marketing processes—into concrete data and system requirements for technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for CDP solutions
• Translate business needs into data and system requirements
• Define requirements for customer segmentation, audience targeting, eligibility, and campaign activation/personalization
• Map business processes, data flows, and dependencies to align teams
• Prepare acceptance criteria for project deliverables
• Support refinement sessions, testing, and UAT to ensure successful implementation
• Coordinate requirements across European markets and global teams for consistency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Data, Personalization, or MarTech projects
• Hands-on experience with customer data and marketing processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business and marketing needs, plus data and technology
• Advanced English and Polish
• Availability for hybrid work (3 days/week from the office)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Real-Time CDP
