• Delivery model: Hybrid (8 times per month on-site with the client in Warsaw)

Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, model and optimize business processes, and identify automation opportunities. The role includes creating functional specifications for solutions built with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Copilot Studio agents, and supporting UAT testing and go-lives. You will also analyze integrations with internal and external systems via REST APIs (JSON) and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Model and optimize business processes and identify automation opportunities

• Prepare functional specifications and requirements for Power Platform solutions and agents

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and testing teams

• Create test scenarios, participate in UAT, and support implementations

• Analyze integrations between internal bank systems and external systems

• Support product roadmaps and backlog definitions

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, economics, or a related field

• 5+ years experience as a business or system analyst; 2+ years with Power Platform

• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Experience with Copilot Studio: building agents, adding knowledge sources, publishing agents in Teams

• BPMN 2.0 process modeling

• Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation

• REST API and JSON knowledge

• Power Platform connector knowledge (standard connectors, requirements for custom connectors and Graph connectors)

• Ability to write analytical documentation, functional specs, and User Stories

• Jira and Confluence

• Facilitate analysis workshops and work closely with business

• Analytical, independent problem-solving and strong communication

• Ability to manage priorities and work under time pressure

• Proactive, goal-oriented approach with ownership of assigned scope
