• Project focus: Corporate banking processes and electronic management of permissions/powers of attorney

Description

You will join a project that supports corporate banking, specifically electronic management of user permissions and powers of attorney. The role includes identifying, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, running analytical workshops, modeling business processes (authorization life cycle and permission changes), and maintaining a requirements backlog with impact analysis. You will translate business requirements into functional and non-functional scope, collaborate with architects/UX/UI/developers/testers, and support testing, business acceptance, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Lead and facilitate analytical workshops

• Model business processes including authorization life cycle: granting, modifying, suspending, and revoking permissions

• Define and maintain the requirements backlog and analyze impact of business/regulatory changes on banking solutions

• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with architects, UX/UI, developers, and testers

• Support testing, business acceptance, and production go-lives

Requirements

• Higher education in banking, economics, IT, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or system analysis

• Experience with electronic banking, corporate client service, or user permission management

• Knowledge of banking processes related to company representation, powers of attorney, and permissions to accounts and banking services

• Very good knowledge of business and system analysis methods; ability to model processes in BPMN and UML

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, access security, and role/permission management

• Ability to analyze impact on process/system architecture and translate business requirements into IT solutions

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Enterprise Architect (or similar tools)

• Independence, proactivity, and ability to run workshops and align requirements with stakeholders
