Description

You will lead complex business analysis activities and support IT projects end-to-end, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. The role includes defining business problems and needs, mapping stakeholders and business impact, determining business capabilities and options, setting KPIs, and documenting requirements and business processes. You will also provide analytical support during design, development, and testing, and participate in acceptance of deliverables from contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex business analysis process and/or a team of analysts
• Define business problems and needs
• Identify stakeholders, business environment, and project impact on the organization
• Define business capabilities and business variants/options
• Define project KPIs
• Prepare business dictionaries, rules, and business processes
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Propose and consult business solutions with business requesters and implementers
• Provide analytical support during design, development, and testing of IT systems
• Participate in acceptance of products delivered by contractors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working on IT projects
• Very good interpersonal skills for acquiring knowledge and requirements
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to solve problems and quickly learn
• Precise communication with both business and IT teams
• Practical knowledge of BPMN, UML, business requirements elicitation for IT projects, business environment and process modeling, and software engineering
• Project experience in solutions for mass customers and citizens
• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to diverse audiences
• Fluent Polish
• Experience in public sector projects (preferred)
