Description

You will be the first point of contact for employees’ IT requests and incidents via a ticket system, email, and phone, handling 1st- and 2nd-level support. You will analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT problems, administer and maintain the IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, peripherals), and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. You will also configure, deploy, and inventory hardware and software, and support IT projects with growing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• 1st- and 2nd-level IT support via ticket system, email, and phone
• Independently analyze, prioritize, and fix IT issues; escalate complex cases to 3rd-level support/external providers
• Administer and support IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, peripherals)
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Configure, deploy, and maintain hardware and software inventory
• Contribute to development and documentation of IT processes and systems
• Support IT projects and take on responsibility for parts of the IT over time

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
• First to several years of experience in IT support or IT administration
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments (Active Directory, M365)
• Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure (preferred)
• Independent, solution-oriented, responsible working approach
• Service-oriented mindset and interest in working with people
• Team spirit, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Very good German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to occasionally support on other locations in person
