Description

You will administrate, maintain, and develop the company’s IT infrastructure—especially the local Active Directory environment and its connection to Microsoft 365. You will support Microsoft 365 user and permission management, analyze and resolve technical issues during day-to-day operations, and handle basic administration of networks and firewalls. You will also administer a SIP phone system and implement internal IT projects in coordination with the IT department lead.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and further develop local Active Directory and its integration with Microsoft 365

• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and permissions

• Diagnose, scope, and resolve IT incidents

• Administer network and security infrastructure (basic network/firewall administration)

• Administer and maintain the SIP telephone system

• Plan and implement internal IT projects with the IT department lead and other teams

• Identify optimization opportunities and implement technical improvements

• Coordinate technically with external software vendors and IT service providers for incidents and changes

• Support colleagues with day-to-day technical challenges

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/w/d), an IT bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical IT experience

• Practical knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365

• Basic technical understanding of networks, firewalls, and IT infrastructure

• Analytical problem-solving mindset

• Ability to independently learn new topics and understand technical relationships

• Structured, reliable, solution-oriented approach

• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for tasks and internal IT projects

• Communication skills for internal and external collaboration

• Not required to know every system/technology already; solid technical foundation and willingness to continuously develop are key
