Description

You will provide on-site IT support (1st and 2nd level) and participate in incident and change management. You will support end users with desktops, laptops, telephony, and other hardware and software, while installing, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations in GMP/GAMP-regulated environments. You will also contribute to client management using Microsoft 365 and Intune and support IT security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily on-site IT support (1st and 2nd level) and support incident and change management
• Support users for desktops, laptops, telephony, and additional hardware and software
• Install, configure, and maintain IT workstations in GMP/GAMP-regulated environments
• Contribute to IT projects (Windows Server, networks, infrastructure)
• Support administration of the client-management environment using Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Procure, set up, and maintain hardware and software according to corporate standards
• Support implementation of IT security measures and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and corporate IT to maintain stable IT operations
• Create and maintain IT documentation and user guides

Requirements

• Completed training as IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker/in), ICT specialist (ICT-Fachperson), or comparable IT education
• First experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Windows client management, Microsoft 365, Intune, and network/server environments
• Ideally some exposure to MDM, user management, or software distribution
• Interest in IT service management (ITIL) and modern IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of GMP/GAMP-regulated environments is advantageous but not required
• High service orientation and enjoyment of working directly with end users
• Structured, reliable working style and willingness to learn
• Very good German and good English
• Driver’s license
