Description

Maintain and continuously improve production-critical IT solutions and automation platforms to keep them stable, secure, and compliant. You will operate and maintain systems, handle lifecycle management tasks (patching, backups, monitoring, risk assessment), and support GMP-aligned qualification and validation. You will also contribute to quality management and data integrity, and help implement cybersecurity, standardisation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IT solutions and automation platforms; troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement

• Perform lifecycle management: patching, backups, system monitoring, and risk assessment

• Support implementation, qualification, and validation activities aligned with GMP and quality requirements

• Support quality management system activities and data integrity (technical input to change requests and deviations)

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, requirements, and design specifications

• Implement cybersecurity, standardisation, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Relevant technical education or equivalent experience

• Several years of experience in IT Support, IT System Management, System Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations

• Experience with system administration and relevant IT infrastructure (hardware, networks)

• Experience with server administration, network management, databases, or system integrations

• Methodical troubleshooting approach

• Experience with testing, validation, qualification, and technical documentation

• Understanding of equipment, data, and systems interactions

• Ability to prioritize and keep overview in a busy environment

• Strong service mindset and user-oriented communication

• Structured approach and clear ownership

• Excellent English and Czech communication skills (written and spoken)

• Salary range: 621,330.00 CZK to 1,087,330.00 CZK (annual base)
