Description

You will support IT users at external sites and subsidiaries covered by the support contract, providing second-level support. The role focuses on maintaining operations in the client environment, analyzing and resolving operational incidents, and delivering service-oriented support. You will handle and solve problem reports and service questions both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support IT users at assigned external locations and subsidiaries with IT requests (Second-Level Support / Client Team)
• Ensure reliable day-to-day operations in the client environment
• Analyze and resolve incidents in operational operations
• Provide competent, service-oriented second-level support
• Support users remotely and on-site
• Process and resolve problem reports and service requests

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT business management/digitalization management, or comparable qualification
• Systematic, structured, and on-time working approach
• Friendly, goal-oriented communication
• Reliability, commitment, readiness to help, and ability to independently learn new topics
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Solid knowledge of network technology and the hardware environment
• Advantage: experience with automated software deployment (e.g., Matrix42/empirum) and ticketing systems
• Occasional readiness for weekend work and business travel
• German language skills at C1 level; good English skills are an advantage
