Description

You will take responsibility for key projects in enterprise information systems and company digitalization. The work impacts the organization by supporting the development of internal systems and the introduction of new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of implementation, upgrades, and development of major enterprise systems, especially SAP and RON

• Support company digitalization, including integration of new information systems and digital tools

• Coordinate internal teams, key users, and external suppliers

• Lead and motivate the internal team and key users to ensure effective collaboration

• Manage change, development, and support of internal systems and other IT solutions

• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and key activities to company leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT projects or implementing information systems

• Secondary or university education (ideally in management or IT)

• Familiarity with enterprise information systems; SAP and RON experience is an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lead and motivate people, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep projects under control

• Independence, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach
