Description

Own Bitcoin mining hardware products end-to-end, from concept and product vision through roadmap planning to market-ready delivery. Collect customer feedback, analyze data, and monitor market trends and competition to continuously improve product direction. Coordinate priorities across the company and partner with IT and delivery teams to ensure business-aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; communicate priorities across the company.
• Prioritize roadmap items with product managers, management, and stakeholders to match capacity.
• Prepare business documentation for IT analysis and development; collaborate with IT and own business-side outcome.
• Monitor market trends and product performance; collect feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Discover new product ideas, build business cases, and evaluate them.
• Co-responsible for implementation and deliveries with the project manager and development leader.

Requirements

• Previous experience in product or project management (plus if working on in-house HW products).
• Product-oriented attitude; ability to translate vision into milestones, goals, and roadmap.
• Ability to clearly formulate specific assignments.
• Strong execution mindset; proactive and able to drive results.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with delivery teams.
• Comfort working in less structured environments without reliance on fixed processes.
• Good communication skills; strong client and stakeholder relationship building.
• Fluent English.
• Interest and/or knowledge of Bitcoin is a plus; enthusiasm for new technologies.
• Preferred background: electronics, computer engineering, informatics, telecommunication, mechatronics.
• Based in Prague, Czech Republic.
