Description

Join as a Senior Python Developer to help build secure, high-performing systems supporting critical financial operations in the digital assets and blockchain space. You will develop features and new products, define technical specifications, and implement testing while ensuring quality, security, extensibility, and modifiability. You’ll also design secure integrations with blockchain networks, crypto exchanges, and digital wallets, including systems for cryptocurrency trading, custody, and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop features and new products
• Build solutions based on business requirements
• Write technical specifications defining technology and workflow to coding standards
• Present implementation work to team leaders, heads, or the CTO
• Implement unit and integration tests
• Ensure software meets quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements
• Participate in code reviews and refactor when needed
• Design and implement secure integrations with blockchain networks, crypto exchanges, and digital wallets
• Contribute to systems supporting cryptocurrency trading, custody, and settlement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Excellent knowledge of software/application design and architecture
• Technical mindset with attention to detail
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• Experience with SDLC processes
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Python development experience
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Some experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies
• Experience developing microservices and managing containerized applications
• Some experience building WebSockets
• Some experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins
• Understanding of web security standards and best practices
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and digital assets
• Hands-on experience integrating with crypto APIs (REST/WebSocket), smart contracts, or blockchain SDKs
• Upper-intermediate English competency (B2)
