Description

You will build secure, high-performing systems for critical financial operations in the digital assets and blockchain technology space. The role focuses on feature development, technical specifications, testing, secure integrations with blockchain networks/crypto exchanges/digital wallets, and supporting cryptocurrency trading, custody, and settlement systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop features and new products
• Develop solutions based on business requirements
• Define and document technical specifications, including technology and workflow to coding standards
• Present implementation work to team leaders, heads, or the CTO
• Implement unit and integration tests
• Ensure quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility
• Participate in code reviews and refactor to address anti-patterns
• Design and implement secure integrations with blockchain networks, crypto exchanges, and digital wallets
• Contribute to systems supporting cryptocurrency trading, custody, and settlement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Technical mindset with attention to detail
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• Experience with SDLC processes
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Experience coding in Python
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Some experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies
• Experience developing microservices and managing containerized applications
• Some experience building WebSockets
• Some level of experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Helm
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins
• Understanding of web security standards and best practices
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and digital assets
• Hands-on experience integrating with crypto APIs (REST/WebSocket), smart contracts, or blockchain SDKs
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
