Description

Lead construction supervision and project coordination for special structures and grid interconnection points in the energy infrastructure domain. Manage subcontractors and technical planning for cable transition facilities and other electrical installations, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Act as the central interface between internal teams, authorities, customers, and external stakeholders, including support during commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction monitoring meets quality, schedule, and budget requirements

• Coordinate and control subcontractors, service providers, and other project partners

• Serve as the central interface between internal functions, authorities, customers, and external stakeholders

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies

• Coordinate technical planning for grid interconnection points, cable transition facilities, and other electrical systems

• Engage, manage, and monitor external engineering and service providers

• Ensure smooth information and communication flow within the project team

• Support commissioning activities and provide technical support to all stakeholders

• Promote and ensure a safe working environment at project sites

Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering/Economics, or equivalent technical qualification

• Several years of experience in technical project management, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or plant construction

• Solid knowledge in steering complex projects across cost, schedule, and quality

• Experience collaborating with authorities, service providers, planning offices, and subcontractors

• Strong communication and organizational abilities with structured, independent work approach

• Ability to drive results, resilience, and teamwork mindset

• Fluent German; good English

• Class B driver’s license

• High willingness to travel
