Description

Lead product strategy and execution for a health and wellness mobile app used by millions worldwide. You will define the roadmap, partner with engineering/design/marketing, run user research, and apply UX/UI principles to improve the mobile experience across platforms. You’ll also explore AI opportunities, analyze KPIs with A/B testing, and oversee development from ideation through release.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product strategy and vision for mobile and web

• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on priorities, user needs, and market trends

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver successfully

• Conduct and analyze user research to guide product decisions

• Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive, engaging experiences

• Identify and prototype AI-powered improvements in product and team workflows

• Track performance via analytics and KPIs (retention, conversion, engagement) and run A/B tests

• Oversee product development from ideation to release

• Monitor health/fitness/wellness app trends, technologies, and competitors

• Review user feedback, app store reviews, and support channels to improve the product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technology-powered products

• Proven experience managing iOS and/or Android consumer mobile applications at scale

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with designers

• Hands-on AI tools experience with ability to build a simple technical solution (prototype/automation/AI feature using no-code or LLM APIs)

• Ability to lead product development on complex features through many iterations

• Deep understanding of product discovery and product delivery methods

• Strong analytical skills; experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing

• Proven ability to work constructively with engineers, designers, and company leaders

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Upper-intermediate English level
