Description

Lead strategy, roadmap, and new features for a health and wellness mobile app used by millions worldwide. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to run user research, apply UX/UI principles, prototype AI-powered solutions, and ship high-quality features. Use product analytics, KPIs, and A/B tests to improve retention, conversion, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy and vision for mobile and web
• Build and maintain a data-driven product roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver products
• Conduct and analyze user research to guide product decisions
• Apply UX/UI principles for intuitive, engaging experiences across platforms
• Identify AI opportunities, prototype and validate simple AI-powered solutions
• Track product performance using analytics and KPIs; run A/B tests and optimization experiments
• Oversee product development end-to-end from ideation to release
• Monitor health/fitness/wellness market trends and competitors to find opportunities and risks
• Review user feedback, app store reviews, and support channels to address concerns and improve the product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on technology-powered products
• Proven experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), ideally consumer apps at scale
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with designers
• Hands-on experience with AI tools; ability to build a simple technical solution (prototype/automation/AI feature) using no-code tools or LLM APIs
• Led product development on complex features through multiple iterations
• Deep understanding of product discovery and product delivery methods
• Strong analytical skills; experience with product analytics and A/B testing
• Proven ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, and company leaders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Upper-intermediate English level
