Description

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of new features for a health and wellness mobile app across mobile and web. You will partner cross-functionally to drive user research, UX/UI improvements, and data-driven decisions. You’ll also explore AI opportunities in the product and team workflows, prototype solutions, and optimize performance using analytics and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product strategy and vision

• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business priorities, user needs, and market trends

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products successfully

• Conduct and analyze user research to guide product decisions

• Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive, engaging experiences across platforms

• Identify and prototype AI-powered solutions in product and workflows

• Track product performance with analytics and KPIs; run A/B tests to optimize

• Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation to release

• Monitor market and competitive trends in health/fitness/wellness apps and emerging technologies

• Review user feedback, app store reviews, and support channels to improve the product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technology-powered products

• Proven experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), ideally consumer apps used at scale

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers

• Hands-on experience with AI tools; ability to build at least a simple technical solution (prototype, automation, or AI feature using no-code tools or LLM APIs)

• Led product development on complex features from first iteration through later ones

• Deep understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery methods

• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing

• Proven ability to work constructively with engineers, designers, and company leaders

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Upper-intermediate English level
