Description

SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to co-lead large-scale SAP transformation rollouts across multiple countries and business units. You will support the full lifecycle from planning and fit-to-template/fit-gap analysis through data migration, cutover, training, go-live, and rollout governance. You will coordinate workstreams with business stakeholders, a SAP Center of Excellence, and external implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across different countries and business units

• Own assigned workstreams and step in for programme/project leadership when needed

• Support planning and delivery across core SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD

• Perform fit-to-template / fit-gap analysis with local business stakeholders

• Coordinate data migration, cutover, training, and go-live activities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies

• Coordinate external implementation partners and work closely with the SAP Center of Excellence

• Support template governance, compliance, and business continuity during the rollout

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT/ERP project management experience

• Proven hands-on delivery experience with SAP implementations/rollouts

• Strong understanding of the SAP rollout lifecycle (planning, fit-to-template, data migration, cutover, training, go-live)

• Experience using SAP Activate methodology

• Experience across several SAP modules (ideally FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP, or QM)

• Experience delivering international, multi-country projects

• Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive stakeholders and steering committees

• Experience managing external vendors and collaborating with a SAP Center of Excellence (or similar)

• Solid project management covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk

• Experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence

• English C1 or higher, written and spoken

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Experience with template-based multi-country programmes

• Experience with business-unit transfers or carve-outs
