Description

Experienced Project Manager needed to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation/rollouts for assigned countries using the SAP Activate methodology. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and template governance (global template compliance and local deviations), coordinating consultants, integrator, and the project team through testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. The project is international, requiring English at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout end-to-end for assigned countries

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget according to SAP Activate

• Maintain global template compliance and manage local deviations (template governance)

• Coordinate consultants, integrator, and project team; report status to Programme Director and Steerco

• Supervise testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and the hypercare phase

• Plan and run project phases (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run); manage milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Support building project resources (body leasing)

• Manage the project team, consultants (including body leasing), tasks for SAP CoE, and external suppliers; ensure quality and performance

• Prepare the organization for go-live (Go-Live Readiness, cutover) and manage handover to operations (run)

• Provide periodic reporting of status, risks, and decisions to the Global Programme Director and business stakeholders
