Description

SAP Project Coordinator supports SAP implementation projects for foreign and domestic clients. The scope may include independently leading simple/short-term projects or participating in the full project lifecycle with support from experienced SAP Project Managers. You will monitor progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence and handle end-to-end project activities including preparation, analysis, planning, solution and schedule building, resource and team management, stakeholder communication and presentation, and reporting at the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) level.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating and managing SAP implementation projects

• Ability to work in an international environment

• Fluent Polish and very good English in speaking and writing (minimum C1)

• Willingness to travel 20–30% per year

• Independence and excellent work organization

• Analytical skills and effective task planning

• Ability to identify project risks and opportunities

• Experience running meetings

• Presentation skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Office 365
