Description

Provide sustainable support and coaching to one or more Agile teams, helping them focus on delivering valuable increments that meet the Definition of Done. Facilitate Agile practices and tools (e.g., workshops and scaling patterns), coach teams on Scrum values and Agile principles, and remove impediments to unblock progress. Establish a culture of openness, trust, and transparency while supporting product management and organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Agile teams
• Enable continuous improvement and high performance
• Ensure delivery of valuable increments aligned with Definition of Done
• Facilitate workshops and Agile scaling practices
• Coach Scrum values and Agile principles
• Remove impediments and unblock team progress
• Improve collaboration through team dynamics and team-building models
• Build a culture of openness, trust, and transparency
• Support product management and teams during organizational changes
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and lead/contribute to initiatives as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile role within other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
• Basic understanding of SAFe
• Familiarity with Kanban principles and workflows
• Practical experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro
• Open-mindedness, creativity, and growth mindset
• Strong communication skills and outcome-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and engage teams
• Strategic mindset and strong drive for innovation
• Customer-service orientation and proactive, assertive approach
• English fluency (written and spoken) in a business context
• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate
• Readiness for occasional international travel
