Description

Support Scrum teams as a servant leader to help them work effectively in an Agile environment. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and encourage continuous improvement while enabling high-quality incremental value. Contribute to Bluetooth and connectivity technology for hearing aids and develop Agile/SAFe knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint planning

• Identify and remove impediments that affect progress

• Promote collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders

• Track basic team metrics and monitor progress toward sprint and PI objectives

• Participate in PI Planning and support collaboration across the Agile Release Train

• Work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders on dependencies and challenges

• Support experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement of ways of working

• Create an environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role

• Good understanding of Agile principles and Scrum (Kanban experience is a plus)

• Interest in SAFe or experience working in a SAFe environment

• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders

• Ability to identify problems, facilitate discussions, and help teams find solutions

• Experience working with software development or test automation teams

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
