Description

You will lead large IT projects end-to-end—from requirements analysis, through implementation, to deployment. The role includes coordinating project teams and collaborating with end users and external vendors, while monitoring progress, risks, and changes to the baseline plan. You will also oversee analytical and project documentation and participate in acceptance of external deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead large IT projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate activities and manage the work of the project team
• Monitor progress, control task execution, and provide regular project status reporting
• Manage risks and changes relative to the project baseline
• Collaborate with end users, internal specialists, and external vendors
• Provide direct supervision of a small project team and indirect oversight of a larger vendor team
• Create analytical and project documentation; ensure quality and correct flow
• Participate in acceptance of products delivered by external contractors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading IT projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, implementation, deployment)
• Experience managing at least 2 projects with budgets over PLN 1,000,000 each, with reference contacts for each project
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification)
• Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis
• Knowledge of building and designing IT systems
• Experience managing a project team
• Leadership skills and ability to build an effective team
• Strong work organization and planning abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; readiness for public presentations
• Independence and responsibility for the projects you manage
