Description

Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security initiatives from planning through delivery, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollout. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee delivery activities including testing, pilot deployments, and production releases. The role also ensures compliance and supports business readiness to drive successful MFA adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance requirements are met
• Support planning and execution of MFA rollout across business units and geographies
• Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide regular status reporting
• Support MFA-related risk management, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, pilot deployments, and production releases related to MFA
• Ensure project deliverables comply with IAM, security, and regulatory requirements
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness to support adoption
• Support resolution of escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and business onboarding
• Assist with resource planning, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery governance
