Description

Join a team working on an ECM (Enterprise Content Management) system and the backend services and integrations around it in the banking ecosystem. You will design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services on WildFly/JBoss EAP, optimize performance and database interactions, and support production incident resolution and security hardening. The role also includes testing, code reviews, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ECM/document management system
• Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and WildFly/JBoss EAP
• Build and evolve integrations between the ECM system and other banking applications
• Analyze business requirements and prepare technical solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT architects, administrators, and vendors
• Optimize application and PostgreSQL/Oracle database performance
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and technical issues
• Support application security: analyze and remove vulnerabilities
• Prepare and execute unit and integration tests
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
• Mentor less experienced team members
