Description

Develop proprietary insurance products for Polish and international markets as part of scalable enterprise platforms. You will design and implement solutions from business requirements, build and maintain application features, and fix bugs while keeping code quality through clean code practices and code reviews. Work in a Spec Driven Development environment using AI agents for documentation, task specification, technical plans, and verification/testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance product functionality for Polish and international markets
• Design, analyze, and implement solutions based on business requirements
• Introduce new features and fix bugs in existing applications
• Maintain code quality via clean code practices and code reviews
• Collaborate with BA, QA, and Scrum Master to deliver and roll out new system versions

Requirements

• Experience building and developing web applications
• Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem
• Ability to design high-performance REST APIs
• Ability to build interfaces with Angular (TypeScript)
• Architectural mindset: SOLID, Clean Code, TDD
• Practical experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• English B2 or higher
• Polish A1/A2
• Openness to AI-assisted programming in Spec Driven Development
