Description

You will join a strategic transformation program creating a modern ecosystem that supports end-to-end claims reporting and handling. The project delivers high-scale systems with high transaction volumes, built across microservices, event-driven architecture, and monolithic components. You’ll develop scalable Java and Angular solutions, implement and maintain REST APIs, and support quality through automated testing and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain systems supporting claims reporting and handling processes

• Design and implement solutions in microservices, event-driven, and monolith architectures

• Create and maintain APIs and integrations between systems

• Implement functional and non-functional requirements

• Deliver scalable solutions improving business processes

• Develop automated tests and ensure code quality and security

• Use AI tools and an agentic AI approach during requirements analysis, development, testing, and maintenance

• Perform code reviews and participate in code review processes

• Participate in Scrum events and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Co-create software engineering standards and AI usage practices

• Share knowledge and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience programming in Java

• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA

• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka

• Very good knowledge of SQL

• Knowledge of Angular

• Experience designing and developing microservices

• Experience designing and implementing REST API

• Experience creating unit and integration tests

• Ability to use AI tools supporting software development
