Description

You will join the R&D team to build scalable, asynchronous, cloud-based event-driven backend systems. The role focuses on designing and developing high-quality backend software, improving performance and scalability, and resolving complex technical issues. You will also help improve software development processes across the SDLC and work closely with Front-End and Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality software and innovative backend solutions
• Create advanced backend solutions to improve performance and scalability
• Collaborate with R&D to refine software manufacturing processes at each SDLC stage
• Develop and support Agile practices with Front-End and Quality Assurance
• Maintain high code quality through detailed code reviews
• Use AI-based tools to increase efficiency, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 6 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Required: openness to using AI tools and willingness to work in an environment where they are used
• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB (or equivalent)
• Experience with relational SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL (additional advantage)
• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis (big advantage)
• Good understanding of microservices architecture, reactive programming, and analysis of large data sets
• Kubernetes experience (additional advantage)
