Description

You will join a team developing and maintaining business applications. The role primarily covers backend development in Java and Spring Boot, with Angular used on the frontend. You will design and implement new functionality, optimize existing solutions, maintain code quality, and support the system.

Responsibilities

• Design and align technical solutions considering data security, architectural quality, and system continuity

• Develop and implement new features according to client technology standards

• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards

• Reduce technical debt by initiating refactoring and optimizing existing solutions

• Provide technical support during rollout of new solutions and application maintenance

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors found during UAT and via production environment monitoring

• Estimate effort for change requests and feature development

• Collaborate with the project team to build and maintain high-quality software

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial programming experience

• Minimum 3 years with Java and PostgreSQL

• Minimum 2 years with Angular

• Minimum 2 years in teams delivering projects with Agile methodologies

• Strong backend knowledge: Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, JPA

• Practical frontend knowledge: Angular 19+, TypeScript, Node.js

• Version control experience: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub

• Build tools: Maven, Gradle

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions

• Debugging and analysis with Kibana and Elasticsearch

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments

• Containerization/orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

• Application server: Tomcat

• Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, Kafka

• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns

• Agile knowledge (Scrum welcome)

• English proficiency for technical documentation

• Independence, responsibility, and adaptability to change

• Openness to collaboration and new technology initiatives
