Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce B2C Commerce solution architecture for a luxury fashion group, partnering with CDO/CTO and e-commerce leadership to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing designs. This specialized role focuses exclusively on SFCC solutions and includes consulting leadership, architectural guidance, and delivery oversight. You will define storefront architecture approaches (including SFRA and headless/composable scenarios), design integration flows (OMS/ERP/PIM/CRM/payment), and ensure teams follow approved patterns and platform constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and presentations with executive and e-commerce stakeholders, adapting technical content for business audiences
• Listen to understand each Maison’s nuances and heritage, aligning solutions with distinct brand identities
• Act as a trusted consulting partner by proposing SFCC best practices and proactive solution options
• Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and align group-wide technology priorities with individual boutiques’ needs
• Architect exclusive end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce B2C Commerce ecosystem for scalability, security, and performance
• Define development guidelines for SFRA, SiteGenesis (legacy), and modern headless/composable commerce scenarios
• Design integration flows between SFCC and third-party systems (OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, payment gateways)
• Oversee development teams and system integrators to ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality, and governor limits

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT; at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects
• Strong knowledge of SFRA, ISML, and Demandware Script
• Expertise in Business Manager and Salesforce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
• Proven delivery experience in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury e-commerce
• Executive communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure or conflicting visions with diplomacy
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers
• Ability to inspire technical teams and collaborate with system integrators, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Advanced English (C1+)
