Description

Design end-to-end, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices. Lead architecture activities from discovery and workshops through integration design, documentation, risk mitigation, and ongoing support for solution configuration. Translate business needs into system functionality and clearly explain system constraints to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Salesforce platform architecture aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices
• Ensure architectural consistency across the system landscape
• Clarify requirements, run business discovery, and facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Translate business needs into system functionality and explain constraints in a business-friendly way
• Prepare architectural documentation, implementation guidelines, and functional specifications
• Support estimation, define project scope, and plan development roadmaps
• Identify architectural and process risks early and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide ongoing support to the project team on solution design and configuration

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, or advanced consulting
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
• Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, limitations, security model, automation tools, and data architecture
• Experience designing and documenting system integrations (APIs, middleware, event-based integrations, batch processes)
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, and lead requirement refinement sessions
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to prepare clear, structured technical and functional documentation
• Very good English (written and spoken)
