Description

You will support a team that ensures new products and R&D solutions are implemented in an organized, efficient way and aligned with common standards. The role focuses on translating business needs into product requirements for business clients, standardizing end-to-end processes, and collaborating with technology teams to integrate solutions with T‑Mobile systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into product requirements for B2B clients
• Collaborate with multiple product lines: analysis, prioritization, and service development support
• Prepare market and competitive analyses; identify product development opportunities in B2B
• Create business cases, financial forecasts, and profitability analyses for product initiatives and investments
• Map end-to-end processes and indicate opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization
• Work with technical teams on development and integration of solutions with T‑Mobile systems
• Produce analytical, process, and technical documentation; support preparation of offers and solution concepts
• Support implementation projects
• Verify effects of deployed solutions, draw conclusions, and propose optimizations

Requirements

• Experience in business or systems analysis in telco, IT, or related area
• Independence, proactivity, and excellent work organization in a multi-area task intake environment
• Ability to translate technology topics into clear business value and customer value
• Data analysis skills and experience building business cases
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, architects, and engineers on service design and system integration
• Ability to work with technical and process documentation
• Good command of English
