BPMS Workflow Configuration Specialist

• Location/Onsite: Team meets in Łódź office 1–2 times per month

Description

You will collect, analyze, and specify business requirements during the initiation and delivery of IT development projects. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and evolve process solutions. You’ll design, optimize, and configure BPM processes on the UniFlow BPMS platform and code print outputs using XSLT/XML according to SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and specify business requirements for IT/system development projects

• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams on process solution implementation and development

• Design, optimize, and configure processes in a BPMS (UniFlow) and code print outputs (XSLT, XML) in line with SDLC

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (systems analyst, process designer, BPMS developer, or workflow consultant)

• Experience with BPMS platforms (UniFlow, Ferryt, Camunda, or similar)

• BPMN and UML knowledge

• Knowledge of at least one programming language

• Practical HTML and CSS knowledge

• Analytical and logical problem-solving skills

• Ability to model business processes and document requirements

• Experience collaborating with business and IT teams

• Teamwork and effective communication

• Independence, engagement, and initiative

• Process optimization mindset and continuous improvement focus

• English knowledge enabling comfortable communication
