Description

Join a client’s campaign analytics team to support the end-to-end preparation and production of omnichannel communications. You’ll configure, parameterize, and oversee campaign production using SAS and Adobe technologies, working in SAS Customer Intelligence (SAS CI) and SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG). You will validate existing and new campaign configurations and implement updates requested by the Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, parameterize, and implement digital campaign production in dedicated tools

• Work in SAS Customer Intelligence (SAS CI) and SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG)

• Verify and validate configurations for existing and new campaigns

• Apply modifications to campaigns on direct request from the Product Owner

• Run and manage dictionaries and campaign logic parameters

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of SAS Customer Intelligence (SAS CI) and SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG) at least at an intermediate level

• Practical knowledge of omnichannel/digital campaign logic

• Ability to quickly take ownership and start producing campaigns independently

• Knowledge of Adobe AEP or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is a plus
