Description

Build evaluation-driven, secure, and scalable agentic systems by architecting multi-agent workflows, robust tool interfaces, and production-ready AI applications. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines grounded in proprietary data and ensure AI outputs are structured for rich UI rendering (e.g., dynamic graphs and interactive elements). Create testing frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and metrics to assess agent performance, reliability, and accuracy, then harden prototypes for production with guardrails, security, cost, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain

• Develop and maintain reliable tool definitions for internal API interactions (parse, validate, and use data)

• Build and optimize RAG systems to ground model responses in proprietary data

• Ensure structured AI outputs for rich UI rendering (dynamic graphs/charts/interactive elements)

• Create testing frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and metrics for agent performance and reliability

• Bring validated prototypes to production readiness with guardrails, security, cost, and scaling

• Debug and optimize multi-agent workflows focusing on async execution, state management, and concurrency

• Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications with a strong DevOps mindset

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in Python and the modern AI engineering stack

• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI SDK

• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and multi-agent workflow optimization

• Skills in asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency

• Background in designing and integrating with complex REST and GraphQL endpoints

• Competency in handling structured data formats (JSON, XML) for tool calling

• Hands-on experience with Docker

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies for semantic search and RAG

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
